至优迈进行面试
进行测试面试一共有21人，开发约有30人。面试测试的主管包括我，一共有2人。由我主要问技术面的问题，季向华则负责评价性向（基本上也算是FOXCONN的特色了，其他公司最好学习之）方面。面试时分为6组，3人一组进行。
面试评分

CMMSG面谈
谈C++的内容比较多。
基本上都是C++的测试。
纯功能级的测试很少，涉及走查。
CMMSG此行目的——也要建立类似“软体工厂”的机制。
客户限制了OS，而且支持的系统比较少。
鉴于以上原因
建议他们从《软件子系统测试》上获取更多内容。
目前总部周边（SIDC）不能提供太多帮助。
SIDC－软体工厂目前还没有C++产线，而且想引入也很难。

今天颇为郁闷，两件事引起：一件是某测试副组长做的很不Professional；其次是“晓雨”的电话面谈。由于XWW经验不足，致使在XX测试项目中指挥忙乱，把偌大办公室搞得象个菜市场。站在个人角度，觉得他有几个常识他都未注意，但我希望他下次别再犯同样的错误。未规定测试脚本的命名规则。未规定测试脚本的存放目录。Review不及时（脚本数量、缺陷数量、测试用例数量）对组员的解答不充分（脚本录制、注释编写）晓雨见到在sincky上发的招聘信息，就留言给我。30分钟前打电话给她，问她为什么要离职。结果我惊奇的发现，她居然和我在同一家公司。对目前的我来说，对于她有两种解读：公司给的压力太大。不适应公司的文化 ...
